We are a premier irrigation system design and installation contractor serving all of Lake Norman and surrounding areas. We provide the finest quality irrigation systems and service by using only what we know from 18 years of experience to be the finest quality products in the marketplace, and we take great pride in the finished product of every installation. We continue to work hard to maintain our stellar reputation with all of our Sky Irrigation customers and we receive referrals from our suppliers as well as the companies who manufacture the components we use. It doesn't get much better than that. Our belief is simply, "quality is the standard, not the goal".
Good communication between contractor and homeowner is paramount to having a satisfied customer. Our business has grown not through costly advertising, which is passed on to the customer, but rather referrals. In fact more than 95% of our business is generated in this manner. How do we do it? We return every phone call every day and we respond to service calls as quickly as possible. We do not have an answering service so when you call you speak directly with the owners. We are a family owned business that is concerned more about our reputation than the bottom line. If you take care of the customer and treat them fairly they will take care of you. It's an old family value that I learned from my father.
I personally work on or supervise every job, and when I cannot be on site, my foreman, who has been with me for more than 4 years is there to ensure that our standard of excellence is maintained.
